Why toddler tower evidence is a current China sourcing issue
CPSC announced two toddler-tower recalls on July 16, 2026. The Boon PIVOT action covered 116,908 China-made units after 11 reports of instability, shifting, or leaning. The SDADI action covered 5,952 China-made wooden towers that CPSC said could collapse or tip and had openings that could permit torso entrapment; the firm had eight instability or tip-over reports and four reported injuries.
