For a decade, I worked deep inside cross-border e-commerce and enterprise supply chain systems. I built and integrated that machinery for major companies—including across the Greater Bay Area—and I saw the data behind serious trade. But I kept seeing the same pain on the ground: the hidden “unspoken rules,” the kickbacks, overseas buyers scammed by “bedroom” traders on marketplaces, and premium prices for poor quality while “free” agents took the factory’s side. I knew how the game was played, I knew it was broken, and I knew how to stand on yours—not theirs.

2. The AI Wake-Up Call

Recently, AI disrupted my tech job. It forced me to rethink the future of global trade. AI is amazing—it can translate emails perfectly and build beautiful sourcing websites. But here is what AI cannot do: AI cannot walk onto a noisy factory floor. AI cannot feel the texture of a fabric, test the physical hinge of a box, or catch a factory manager quietly replacing premium materials with cheap alternatives. In an automated world, physical presence is the ultimate luxury.

3. The Honest Motive

I founded HF Sourcing and became “Agent Huang” for two very honest reasons:

First: I wanted to build a profitable, sustainable business for myself by providing genuine, transparent value that traditional agents refuse to give.

Second: I wanted to be the ultimate physical firewall for global buyers. Overseas buyers do not need another middleman—they need someone who gets the local “business games,” speaks the language, and can walk the line and say, “This is unacceptable.” I know exactly how factories play games, and I know how to stop them.

4. The Promise

I do not take factory commissions. I do not participate in the “Yes Culture,” where agents say yes to everything just to keep the factory happy. You pay a flat, transparent rate. I put on my boots, drive to the facility, open the cartons, and take macro photos of the real defects—not generic rows in a fancy office spreadsheet.
