Why rechargeable hand warmer release evidence matters now
On July 30, 2026, the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission announced a recall of about 1.5 million OCOOPA rechargeable lithium-ion hand warmers imported by Shenzhen Street Cat Technology. A matching UN 38.3 test summary addresses a transport evidence requirement; it is not a product-safety certificate, marketplace approval, capacity guarantee, or proof that the mass-produced hand warmer matches the tested battery.
